Dear Valued FAMI Client, Cybercrimes continue to proliferate and the means by which these acts are committed are becoming more sophisticated and creative.  As such, keeping your information secure is a top priority of our company.  To better protect you and your accounts from any cybersecurity threats, we regularly review security procedures and measures. As part of our security measures, we would like to remind you of the following:

• FAMI will never ask you to log-in through embedded links in emails and text messages. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON SUCH LINKS OR PROVIDE INFORMATION.
• If you change a current address notify us immediately so we can update our records.
• If you received a suspicious email, SMS or call, notify us immediately
• If you suspect your FAMI account has been compromised call us immediately.

Please send a copy of the email and the SMS to fami@firstmetro.com.ph or call our hotline at (02) 8891-2860 to 65 to inform us of any suspicious activity. Do not hesitate to contact us with questions and concerns about how we can protect your accounts or steps you can take to better protect yourselves and minimize any unauthorized access to your accounts.
