Contest Mechanics

1. Like and Follow the First Metro Asset Facebook page
2. Correctly answer the “12 Days of Christmas Trivia Game” question of the day posted by First Metro Asset on Facebook. The user must write the answer by commenting on the post with the hashtag #ChoosetoWin and tagging 3 friends.

Terms and Conditions

1. This social media contest is open to all Facebook users.
2. To join, user must do the following:
   • Like and Follow the First Metro Asset Facebook page
   • Correctly answer the “12 Days of Christmas Trivia Game” question of the day posted by First Metro Asset on Facebook. The user must supply the answer by commenting on the post with the #ChoosetoWin and tagging 3 friends.
3. The contest begins daily from December 14, 2019 and ends on December 25, 2019.
4. Participants who complied with the requirements in item #2 will get a chance to win prizes.
5. Winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of participants who correctly answered the question and followed the requirements in Item #2.
6. Cut-off of entries is 5PM, daily.

Submission of an entry or posting of the caption constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and a waiver of any and all claims against First Metro Asset related to the contest.

In exchange for the right to join the e-contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify First Metro Asset Management Inc., its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature that may arise out of the participation in the contest.

7. Winners will be announced publicly on the official First Metro Asset Facebook page by 6pm the following day (i.e. winners for December 13, 2019 Contest will be announced by 2pm of December 14, 2019). They will be notified of the details via Facebook Messenger. Winners for December 24 and December 25 will be announced and notified on December 26, 2019.
8. The winners will need to confirm within 24 hours upon notification. Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of their prize.
9. First Metro Asset reserves the right to reject entries deemed inappropriate as detailed in our Privacy Policy and contest rules.
10. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and/or non-convertible to cash.
11. Any dispute will be subject to the final decision of First Metro Asset.
12. First Metro Asset may change the dates and/or terms of the contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on the official First Metro Asset Facebook page.
13. Subject to applicable laws, First Metro Asset makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize given in connection with this promo. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. All First Metro Asset Management Inc. (FAMI) employees and relatives up to first degree of consanguinity and/or affinity are not qualified to join the contest.
